Turn right onto Rt. 652, Cedar Gate Road go 1.7 miles, then Left onto Rt. 675, Phyllis Lea Road go 0.6 mile and bear right onto Snow Drift Lane another 0.3 mi bear left onto Amber Ridge Road. Go slow, please be considerate of our neighbors.

These lots are all five acres or above with wells installed and septic fields approved but not installed. Underground power and telephone lines are installed along lot road frontage. Wireless broadband is available. The Amber Ridge Property Owner Association serves to maintain the Amber Ridge Road. This is beautiful country, come out and “Make Yourself At Home”.

    “Updates 3-13-14:
    1. Prior lot 12 was eliminated, one part added to Lot 2 and one part to prior lot 11. Both lots have since been sold.
    2. An updated Virginia Property Owners Association Act –Disclosure Statement is posted for reference for anyone who may be selling a lot.

    BROAD BAND COVERAGE AVAILABLE AT AMBER RIDGE
    I just learned Intelos now has a tower on the mountain able to offer wireless broadband coverage at $39.95 a month. Their number is 1-877-468-3567 for future reference.

    Notice on General Pricing and Contact Person Changes - Pricing to Increase, website changes to follow, final pricing terms will be posted shortly. New pricing will be in effect per realtor listings to be published shortly.

    I am turning remaining unsold lots over to a realtor in the next day or two, this website will be revised to show new pricing, essentially going back up to the previous pricing levels and new contact persons to discuss lot purchases. Final pricing and terms are subject to change and the website currently does not reflect new pricing details. The website will be a few days behind actual changes.     Paving with tar and chip will begin when Spring weather breaks. Contract for paving is signed and in place for execution.

    Welcome to Amber Ridge Subdivision, located in the farming community of Elon, Va., [Amherst County Va.], just a few miles from Madison Heights and just across the James River from Lynchburg, Va. Service to the Lynchburg area is now improved by the Rt. 29 bypass opened within the last two years. Improvements to the secondary road leading from Elon, Rt. 652 to Rt. 675 and Amber Ridge is budgeted for completion; surveying by highway crews has already begun.

    Adastra LLC is the sole developer and selling entity for this subdivision. John Lane is sole owner and managing member of Adastra, LLC. Lots are priced direct to you. Wells and underground power are already installed. Perk tests have been completed, and septic fields have been surveyed and located, but are not installed. Road has been graveled and will be tar and gravel paved in the spring, contract with paver has been executed by Adastra, LLC.

    Lots 5 and 6 are sold. Lots 1, 2, 3, 4, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, and 12 are for sale.

    Legal documents, disclosure papers, topographical maps, well head and septic locator plats are on this site for review. Developer has other on ground photographs and can provide interested buyers with further visual data on request. Meeting on site can be arranged by email or phone call to the Developer.

    Some grounds keeping is underway due to loss of apple tree viability and general road construction clean up.
